Sengkurong: The Women's Bureau of the Kampung Sengkurong Consultative Council, MPK Sengkurong 'B', recently organized an Ilal Hijrah Celebration, marking the 1448 Hijrah New Year. This initiative was spearheaded by the Executive Committee and its members.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the celebration was aimed at commemorating and internalizing the significant event of Hijrah, which marks the migration of Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina. A key feature of the ceremony was a special talk titled "Hijrah Menuju Jannah". The event saw the participation of over 30 members from the Women's Bureau of MPK Sengkurong 'B'.
