The schooling session for Religious, and Arabic schools as well as the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute under the purview of the Ministry of Religious Affairs also started yesterday. The opening of the schooling session is carried out in stages.
204 students from Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute start their schooling session yesterday. They are required to undergo body temperature checks, AND Antigen Rapid Test, ART and comply with physical distancing. The school session for the first stage of the Early Endemic Phase, is open to Aliyah Qira’at Diploma students as well as Years 10 and 11 students for the secondary level.
Meanwhile, 79 female students in Years 10 and 11 began their schooling session at the Ong Sum Ping Condominium Building, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Al-Quran Tahfiz Institute. While teaching and learning for other students are conducted via online or Home Learning Packs.
Meanwhile, as early as 7 in the morning, 633 Students from Years 10 and 11 of the Hassanal Bolkiah Boys Arabic Secondary School in Rimba lined up for body temperature checks. The Antigen Rapid Test was carried out for 100 students at a time to avoid crowding at the multipurpose hall. The Antigen Rapid Test for students will be conducted every 2 weeks.
For hostel students, the Antigen Rapid Tests are carried out yesterday before entering the hostel. School hours during the Early Endemic Phase are four days a week, from 7:30 in the morning to 12:30 in the afternoon and via online every Saturday.
