Another 252 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the country yesterday, taking the total cases to 18,404. In a press release, the Ministry of Health stated that of out of the new cases, 251 are local and 1 import case.
There are 2,073 active cases after 51 cases have recovered, bringing the total recovered cases to 16,229. Bed occupancy rate in isolation centres nationwide is 29.9 percent. As of the 7th of February 2022, 94.9 percent of the total population received at least one dose of the vaccine, 94.1 percent received 2 doses, and 43.1 percent received 3 doses of the vaccine.
