30th Civil Service Day Celebration will be held on 31 October 2023

Civil service excellence; cooperation between the people and the Government in the country's development; and the Government's attentiveness towards the people and welfare will continue to be the priorities in the public service sector. As civil servants, they are the Government's backbone who play a major role in streamlining the nation's governance. In conjunction with the Civil Service Day that is celebrated every 29th of September, RTB shares the noble resolutions of civil servants.

The culmination of the 30th Civil Service Day celebration will be held on the 31st of October 2023. This year's celebration will introduce theme which is 'Civil Service Resilience and Solidarity, Catalyst for the Nation's Well-being.' The celebration acts as a catalyst for civil servants to continue working more diligently and with purpose as well as being productive for the nation's development.

Civil service must act as a facilitator, developer and bearer of innovation. As of 31st August this year, the number of civil servants according to Ministries were 45,555 people.

Civil servants must also enhance their commitment to strengthen community accountability towards civil service.
