41 Indonesian Construction Workers Receive First Aid Certification in Brunei

Gadong: 41 Indonesian construction workers have successfully completed the CSR Occupational First Aid Course under the SHENA Corporate Social Responsibility programme. The initiative, organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Brunei Darussalam, is part of SHENA’s continuous efforts to promote a culture of safety across various industries, ensuring that every employee returns home safely each day. The certificate presentation ceremony took place on the afternoon of November 17th at Gadong.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the First Aid Course is designed to enhance participants’ understanding of workplace safety and health while equipping them with basic first aid skills crucial for handling serious injuries and potentially saving lives. The certificates were awarded by His Excellency Dr. Achmad Ubaedillah, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia, alongside Awang Haji Muhsin bin Haji Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer of SHENA.
