The Minister of Health also shared that on the 3rd of November 2021, 6,402 people have received COVID-19 vaccine injections. This means that, under the National Vaccination Programme, 82.3 per cent of the total population have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Meanwhile, 63.3 per cent of the total population have completed the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

With that, Yang Berhormat said, for those who have not been vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine due to the unavailability of the BruHealth application, these individuals are advised to immediately proceed to get the COVID-19 vaccine injection at vaccination centres via walk-in. However, they are required to return to their respective homes as soon as they have been vaccinated. The vaccination card can be shown to enforcement officers as vaccination verification, if required.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health took note of the difficulties faced by individuals who have obtained the COVID-19 vaccine abroad, but their vaccination status has not been updated on the BruHealth application. In this regard, the Ministry of Health informed that efforts are being made to enable proof of vaccination from abroad to be uploaded on the BruHealth application and subsequently have their vaccination status to be displayed on the application. The operation of this new feature will be able to start before the end of this year. While waiting for the BruHealth application to be updated with the new feature, those who have received the vaccinations abroad are advised to bring their vaccination card or book as proof of their vaccination verification. For the Operasi Pulih that was carried out from 8 last night until 4 yesterday morning, 12 violations of the directive nationwide were issued with compound fines, whereby 7 of them are violations of the out-of-house restriction directive.
