93% One Dose of COVID-19 Vaccine, 76.1% Two Doses Of COVID-19 Vaccine, 5 Directive Violations Issued Compound Fines

The Minister of Health also informed that as on the 20th of November 2021, 7,807 individuals have received the COVID-19 vaccine injection.

Yang Berhormat said that under the National Vaccination Programme, 399,834 individuals have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, which is 93 percent of the total population. Meanwhile, 327,073 individuals have completed the vaccination, which is 76.1 percent of the total population.

In addition, commencing today, Monday, 22nd of November 2021, the operating hours for the Indoor Stadium Vaccination Centre is changed to 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon every Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile, every Friday is from 2:30 to 5 in the afternoon. The vaccination services at the centre will be opened to the public for first and second doses, either via BruHealth booking or via walk-in. The ‘Operasi Peralihan’ carried out from 10 last night until 4 yesterday morning, 5 violations of the directive nationwide were issued with compound fines, whereby 4 were violations of the directive to stay at home.
