Bandar seri begawan: The Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre, BDAC, organised a panel discussion session as part of the Borneo ADR Week 2026 at the Centre. The event was attended by Awang Zulhusam bin Haji Abdul Samad, Acting Permanent Secretary for Security and Law at the Prime Minister's Office.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Borneo ADR Week 2026 brought together practitioners of Alternative Dispute Resolution, legal experts, policymakers, and industry stakeholders from across the region. The objective was to exchange views and strengthen cooperation in dispute resolution. BDAC's involvement in this event underscores its ongoing commitment to promoting the growth and progress of ADR in Brunei Darussalam and throughout the Borneo region.
