The Attorney General's Chambers, AGC and Brunei Darussalam is very fortunate to have UNISSA graduates as part of the dedicated and capable team which will continue the instrumental role of AGC in the country's legal system and upholding the Rule of Law. This was stated by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Hayati binti Pehin Orang Kaya Shahbandar Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohamad Salleh, Attorney General at the UNISSA Annual Law Dinner 2018, last night. Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Hayati also explained that the chambers continue to receive a number of requests from students who are undergoing their Degrees and also Diplomas under the Faculty of Syariah and Law at Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA for work attachments.
Also present at the function was Doctor Mohammaed Hussain bin Pehin Penyurat Haji Ahmad, Acting director of UNISSA. The dinner was hosted by UNISSA through the Faculty of Syariah and Law with the cooperation of the Asian Law Students Association and Shariah Law Society. Such a function acts as a platform for the graduands of the Faulty of Shariah and Law in gaining Shariah and civil law experience in the country.
