By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it is hereby announced that His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to the appointment of several Senior Officers as follows:-
Yang Mulia Awang Abdul Walid Bin Haji Matassan, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Municipal and District at the Ministry of Home Affairs has been appointed as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs with duties and responsibilities in the area of municipality and districts.
Yang Mulia Dayang Nor Hamidah Binti Haji Hamidon, Deputy Director of Internal Security Department, Prime Minister’s Office has been appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Home affairs with duties and responsibilities in area of Security and Welfare.
Yang Mulia Awang Haji Ahmad Nizam Bin Dato Paduka Haji Ismail, the Senior Special Duties Officer has been appointed as the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs with duties and responsibilities in area of Laws, International and Research.
The date of appointment of the said officers are effective from Saturday, 18 Zulkaedah, 1443 corresponding to 18th June, 2022.
