Bandar seri begawan: ‘Youthcycle: From Protection to Purpose,’ organized by PETRONAS Carigali Brunei Limited (PCBL) in collaboration with the Youth Development Centre (PPB), is an initiative that transforms used personal protective equipment (PPE) coveralls into functional and artistic creations. The four-day programme, which involved 13 trained participants, concluded with the Project Appreciation Ceremony and Prize Presentation at the Youth Development Centre, Tanah Jambu, on 4th December 2025.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, a Member of the Legislative Council, and Mr. Abdul Munir Lutfi bin Said, Deputy High Commissioner of Malaysia to the country. The programme not only provides a second life to materials from PCBL’s operations but also equips the youth with design and sewing skills. Prizes were awarded by Madam Neisurya binti Dato Hashim, PCBL Country Head.
