The Brunei Darussalam National Archives held a four-day Film Screening of the Brunei Darussalam National Archive Collection starting yesterday in conjunction with the Brunei December Festival. Four films from the archive collection were screened, namely the Name Change of Bandar Brunei to Bandar Seri Begawan; Brunei Bergembira 1958; Brunei’s Economic Development and His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah Coronation Ceremony.
The film screenings are held at the National Archive Theatre, with two sessions, at 10 and 11 in the morning. The films are of a duration of almost 30 minutes.
