15 cancer survivors took part in the art therapy three session in conjunction with the upcoming World Cancer Day this year. The activity was organised through a collaboration between the Brunei Cancer Centre, TBCC of Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, PJSC and Rainforest Gallery. The final session was held yesterday afternoon at PJSC.
Among those present was Doctor Haji Mazrul Adimin bin Haji Awang Besar, Executive Director of PJSC. Patients or survivors used art as a treatment which helps them to explore their ideas, express their creativity and motivate them to be more confident. The artworks will be exhibited this Friday at the World Cancer Day event.
