Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, BIBD Group, held its Annual General Meeting, AGM 2022. Speaking at the General Meeting, the Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy said that BIBD has intensified efforts in helping the nation achieve a sustainable economic recovery by creating an ecosystem that is beneficial and conducive for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, MSMEs. The meeting was held at a hotel in Jerudong, 12th August morning.
Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, as Chairman of BIBD and its Group of Companies also shared that BIBD’s financial position remained resilient and continued to post profit in 2021, despite challenges posed by variosu challenges. The meeting was attended by Members of the BIBD Board of Directors, BIBD Shariah Advisory Body and shareholders.
