Gadong: The third edition of the Brunei-China Art and Visual Culture Festival was launched to celebrate friendship and cultural exchange between the two countries. This was stated by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the country during the Festival’s Opening Ceremony at Baiduri Headquarters, Gadong.
According to Radio Television Brunei, His Excellency Xiao Jianguo, in his speech, also shared that the festival serves as a platform to retrace historical ties and open a new chapter in educational and cultural exchange between the two nations. The festival has brought together artists, communities, and institutions in a showcase that highlights creativity, heritage, and collaboration. Co-organised by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Brunei, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and Baiduri Bank, the festival is open to the public until 28th September 2025.
