The Mega Sales event nationwide will take place for 51 days starting the 11th of April until 31st of May 2022. The Department of Planning • Department of Statistics, DEPS, Ministry of Finance and Economy in its press release informed that the Brunei Mega Sales 2022 acts as the government’s effort to provide opportunity to entrepreneurs to together play a part in improving the domestic economy activity following the economy recovery due to COVID-19 outbreak.
DEPS encourages businesses from all sectors to participate by offering attractive discounts for sale items and creative offers especially for made in-Brunei products, in support of the national effort to boost economic growth through competitive business offerings to boost consumption and support local businesses. In line with the Cheap Sales Price Regulations, Sales Notices issued by DEPS must be clearly displayed or made readily available as an identification of legitimate participation.
