Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance and Economy would like to update information on payments to the retirees and derivative pensions for widows and dependents through their respective bank accounts as published on 14th March, 2020. This is to reduce the risk of crowds making the place crowded.

- For Brunei Muara District, payments will be made at the Unity Hall and the Main Conference Hall of the International Convention Centre - ICC.

- For Tutong District, payments will be made at the Community Hall, Tutong.
- And for Temburong District, payments will be made at the Treasury Department, Temburong where payments are usually made every month.

In this regard, recipients are to bring their original identity cards and fill in forms as provided by the bank, and present it to the on-duty officer before proceeding to the Treasury Department counter to receive their pension.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy is seeking the recipient's cooperation to follow instructions issued by the Ministry of Health and avoid coming in groups, and leave after receiving the pension. On-duty officers from the Ministry of Health will carry out body temperature checks and others and security will also assist in controlling movement within the halls on the stated days.
