Cambodia and India have reached bilateral agreement on technology and telecommunication cooperation, according to the Cambodian Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
Delegates from the two countries' telecommunication ministries inked the cooperative agreement here in Phnom Penh early this week.
The accord will allow more comprehensive and sophisticated technology and telecommunication policy and regulation to support the flourishing of the sector in Cambodia, said the ministry in a news release.
It will also further build capacity of Cambodian officials in charge of the field and promote management of the industry in the Kingdom, added the same source.
