Cambridge G.C.E. ‘O’ Level and IGCSE October/November 2022 Session Examination Results

The Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. ‘O’ Level and International General Certificate of Secondary Education, IGCSE, October/November 2022 Examination results were released, 2nd February. The Ministry of Education through the Department of Examinations informed that 6,135 candidates sat for the examination. Out of this total, 6,075 were school candidates and 60 were private candidates.

At the national level, 1,390 candidates have obtained 8 and above ‘O’ Levels and IGCSE. Meanwhile, 2,784 candidates have obtained 5 and above ‘O’ Levels and IGCSE. At the school level, 1,390 candidates have obtained at least 8 and above ‘O’ Levels and IGCSE. While those who obtained at least 5 and above ‘O’ Levels and IGCSE are 2,784 candidates. Meanwhile 3,277 candidates have obtained at least 4 and above ‘O’ Levels and IGCSE.

Meanwhile, 117 candidates achieved Grade A star or A in 8 to 11 subjects of which 53 were government school candidates. 7 out of 49 schools consisting of 6 government schools and 1 private school have shown an increase of between 0.20 percent and 13.33 percent from the 2021 achievement. Students may obtain their result slips at their respective schools during school hours. While private candidates may collect their result slips at One Stop Centre, Ground Floor, Block C at the Ministry of Education during office hours.
