The Department of Laboratory Services, Ministry of Health informed on the change of operating hours for service counters at Phlebotomy, Specimen Collection Centre, Blood Donation Services and Blood Banks at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital, Suri Seri Begawan Hospital,Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital and the Pengiran Isteri Hajjah Mariam Hospital throughout the month of Ramadhan. The service counters are open from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, and will be closed on Friday and Sunday. Laboratory divisions that are operating for 24 hours will remain as usual.
Phlebotomy service at all hospitals and Specimen Collection Centre at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital are open from 8 in the morning to 1:45 in the afternoon. Blood donation service at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital, Suri Seri Begawan Hospital and Pengiran Isteri Hajjah Mariam Hospital is open 8 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon, while at Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital is closed until further notice.
Meanwhile, the Blood Donation Centre at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha hospital will extend its operating hours at night.
