Culinary Space Programme Connects Food Enthusiasts and Industry Professionals

Tutong: United through food, culture, and dialogue, the Culinary Space Programme brought together 50 participants from the local food and beverage manufacturing industry, agriculture, and the foodie community. The event took place at Mori Farm in Tutong District and was co-organised by the Embassy of the United States of America in the country and Kitani Kreatif.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme featured a cooking demonstration by two chefs, which set the tone for the event. A panel discussion followed, offering various perspectives on food philosophy and entrepreneurship. The dialogue focused on how traditional foods can be adapted with a future approach to economic sustainability, aiming to enhance local connectivity in food, culture, and entrepreneurship.
