Brunei start-up business, Agrome IQ International Sendirian Berhad has been selected to represent Brunei Darussalam to participate in Pitch@Palace Commonwealth Competition in London this week. Being an agriculture business intelligence, AGROME IQ will showcase the food security problem solving will compete against Entrepreneurs from across the Commonwealth. The Pitch@Palace Commonwealth competition as part of the Commonwealth Summit is an opportunity for Entrepreneurs and early stage businesses from each of the 53 Commonwealth countries to pitch to CEOs, Mentors, potential investors and Business Partners.
In an interview with RTB, Miss Vanessa Teo, Founder and CEO at Agrome IQ Internation Sendirian Berhad outlined that during the competition all Entrepreneurs are asked to pitch their business to a panel of Judges, as well as senior business leaders, investors, and influencers from across the technology, investment and business communities.
The competition will take place at St. James's Palace in London on Monday. As part of the competition, the participants will also have the opportunity to visit Buckingham Palace and the London Stock Exchange opening ceremony. In line with the Commonwealth Summit's theme 'Towards A Common Future', the theme for Pitch@Palace Commonwealth is 'Human Technology - Benefits for Humanity', addressing the need to build a healthier and more sustainable future for mankind.
