The Kampung Kupang Mosque Takmir Committee and the Kampung Penanjong Mosque Muslimah Group respectively won the Dikir Syarafil Anam Competition for Tutong District Mosque Takmir Commitees, Congregants and Muslimah Groups. The competition was held yesterday morning at Kampung Penanjong Mosque, Tutong District.
The competition organised by the Kampung Penanjong Mosque Takmir Committee with the cooperation of the Tutong District Mosque Affairs Office, was in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam Celebration. 10 groups competed in the two-category competition. Prizes were presented by Awang Haji Mohd Aidil Sufian bin Mohd Yassin, Tutong District Mosque Affairs Officer. The competition is hoped to bring out the talents and provide encouragement to the Mosque Takmir Committees, congregants and muslimah Groups to study and recite the dikir correctly.
