The 48-week Officer Cadet training was carried out in an integrated manner to produce officers of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces who are competent, leadership skills and able to make decisions effectively. According to Radio Television Brunei, the rigorous training program was designed to instill essential qualities in the cadets, focusing on discipline and self-resilience. The program aimed to develop competent officers equipped with leadership skills necessary for effective decision-making within the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
