Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony Marks 65th Anniversary of Royal Brunei Armed Forces

Bolkiah garrison: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, attended a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces' (RBAF) 65th anniversary celebration. The event took place at Surau Ad-Dhifa, Bolkiah Garrison, with the participation of His Royal Highness' brother, His Royal Highness 920 Lieutenant Colonel (Udara) Prince 'Abdul Mateen.

According to Radio Television Brunei, upon arrival, Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah was welcomed by Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commander of the RBAF. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Anbiyaa, verse 92, by Private (Udara) Masrur Fu'ad bin Haji Asmat from No. 5 Wing, Support Group, Royal Brunei Air Force.

The occasion included mass Fardhu Maghrib and Sunat Hajat prayers led by Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Mujib bin Haji Japar, Acting Director of the RBAF Religious Directorate, JAMA'AT.
