With theme 'Belia Siaga Masa Depan' or 'Future Ready Youth', the 18th National Youth Day celebration will be held on the 1st of August 2023 at the International Convention Centre, Berakas. In conjunction with the upcoming celebration, a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony was held on 27th July late afternoon, at the Mohamed Bolkiah Mosque in Kampung Serusop.
Among those present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The ceremony included mass Fardu Maghrib and Sunat Hajat Prayers, followed by the reading of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit; and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim, as well as Doa Kesyukuran in conjunction with the 18th National Youth Day.
