The Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation, JASTRe issued $300 compound fine to an individual for an offence under Section 12 1 of the Miscellaneous Offences Act, Chapter 30, for throwing rubbish in a public area in Kampung Batu Marang.
Roniadiwan Bin Tajuddin was given seven days to settle the fine. If fail to do so, he will be brought to the court.
