The Ministry of Education will also strive to enhance accountability with stakeholders in the development of teaching and learning.
For the Financial Year 2022/2023, the Minister of Education said bilateral relations will be enhanced between the Ministry of Education and overseas education institutions as well as relations with regional and international organisations. Synergy and involvement of industries and the government in research, innovation as well as work placement with public higher education institutions under the Ministry of Education will also be improved. Upskilling and reskilling programmes and courses at lifelong learning centres will also be diversified in collaboration with technical and higher education institutions together with the Manpower Planning and Employment Council and other stakeholders.
