The Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Association received 100 thousand pieces of KN95 face masks from the Singapore Red Cross Society. The contribution was one of the association’s initiative to together ensure the safety and well-being of the frontliners.
The donations presentation were held at several government agencies and a strategic partner of the Red Crescent Association. It was presented by Awang Haji Maswadi bin Haji Mohsin, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health.
The function ran concurrently with Appreciation Certificate Presentation to 120 members and volunteers of the Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Association who joined the Parade Team and Red Crescent First Aid Medical Group on duty during the Honorary Parade Ceremony in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 76th Birthday Celebration at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien.
