Face-To-Face Learning

Year 7 to 13 students at all public and private education institutions under the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs as well as international schools started face to face learning at school yesterday. To ensure school premises are safe for students, schools must adhere to protocols and Standard Operating Procedure such as taking body temperature and practising social distancing.

Schools also took precautionary measures by avoiding mass gatherings and maintaining cleanliness. School hours for secondary schools, colleges and Sixth Form Centres starts from 7:45 to 11:50 in the morning for morning session, and from 12 to 4 in the afternoon for afternoon session.

To ensure health and safety of students and school staff, ART will be performed thrice a week. The Ministry of Education also reminded parents and guardians to always monitor their children’s health and make sure they do not have symptoms such as cough and flu before going to school.
