The friendly match between Brunei DPMM FC and FC GOA from the Republic Of India which took place last night was an event held under the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Youth and Sports signed between the government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the government of the Republic of India on the 2nd of February last year. FC GOA will be in the country until this Monday. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports yesterday afternoon held a Reception for FC GOA at Dewan Digadong, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Md Yussof, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Also present were Her Excellency Nagma M. Mallick, High Commissioner of the Republic of India to Brunei Darussalam and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Juanda bin A. Rashid, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
