Several Mukim Consultative Councils in the country also held flag-hoisting ceremonies.
For Mukim Zon Satu dan Zon Dua Kampung Ayer, the ceremony was held at the Perdana Wangsa Haji Mohammad Mosque. In attendance, Yang Berhormat Awang Amran bin Haji Maidin, Member of the Legislative Council.
Meanwhile at Mukim Pengkalan Batu, it took place at the Mukim Pengkalan Batu Community Hall. Present, Yang Berhormat Awang Zainol bin Haji Mohammad, Member of the Legislative Council. The flag hoisting is hoped to instil patriotism among mukim and village residents.
