His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab. Rahaman, yesterday morning graced a Breakfast in conjunction with the 7th Young Leaders Programme together with His Excellency Teo Chee Hean, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of the Republic of Singapore and wife, Puan Teo Poh Yim.

Upon arrival at the Royal Berkshire, Jerudong Park and Country Club, Hi Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Her Royal Highness were greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali bin Apong, the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism; Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Second Minister of Defence; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd. Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports; Datin Seri Paduka Doctor Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Acting Minister of Education; Datin Seri Paduka Dayang Hajah Elinda binti Haji C. A. Mohammad, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; and Dato Seri Paduka Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Economy).

His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness then welcomed His Excellency Teo Chee Hean and wife, as well as the Singapore delegation.

His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness then had a photo session with His Excellency and wife, followed by a photo session with the Brunei Darussalam and Singapore delegations. Prior to the breakfast, the Crown Prince and Her Royal Highness together with His Excellency and wife had the opportunity for a get-together with the participants of Singapore-Brunei Youth Leaders Exchange Programme, SBYLEP. The programme aimed to enhance understanding and to acknowledge the country's policy, system and relations as well as regional matters and encourage substantive dialogue among the programme participants in various 3P sector which is People, Private and Public.

His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness together with His Excellency and wife attended a Breakfast. The Singapore delegation comprised of Her Excellency Grace Fu, Minister of Culture, Community and Youth; His Excellency Masagos Zulkifli bin Masagos Mohamad, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Minister-in-Charge of Muslim Affairs; Mr. Heng Chee How, National Senior Minister, Ministry of Defence; Mr. Tan Wu Meng, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Trade and Industry; and His Excellency Lim Hong Huai, High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam. The Young Leaders Programme is an annual series of exchange visit between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore which reflects a good relationships between both countries in the hope towards further strengthening cooperation in leadership for the future generation.
