To strengthen relations between the officers and staff of the Seameo Voctech Regional Centre, a Hari Raya Aidil Adha celebration was held yesterday morning. The function was held at the Seameo Voctech Regional Centre.
Present was Awang Alias bin Abu Bakar, Director of Seameo Voctech Regional Centre. The function was highlighted with a talk titled “Falsafah dan Signifikan Ibadah Qurban dari Perspektif Islam”, or The Philosophy and Significance of Qurban from the Perspective of Islam, presented by Doctor Haji Noralizam bin Haji Aliakbar, Dean of the Faculty of Syariah, Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB. The talk among others underlined how the rites of sacrifice can be applied and internalised in the daily life, within the community and the organisation.
