The Ministry of Education through the Department of Scholarship Management and Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council Secretariat, yesterday morning held the Hijrah 1444 New Year Celebration, which took place at the Department of Curriculum Development, Ministry of Education.
Present was Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education. A Special talk was held titled ‘Di sebalik Pengajaran Hijrah: Bersabar, Berikhtiar, Bertawakal dan Berdoa’ or Behind the Lesson of Hijrah: Patience, Endeavor, Trust and Supplicate, outlining the understanding and internalisation of the teaching behind the Hijrah of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Some one hundred and fifty officers and staff attended the ceremony.
