Bandar seri begawan: His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received in audience His Excellency Laurence Bay, the outgoing High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam. His Excellency presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on 13th September 2023.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Audience Ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman on the afternoon of 4th December. His Excellency Laurence Bay was received by His Majesty, marking the conclusion of his diplomatic tenure in Brunei Darussalam.
