His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses on the need for social and emotional intelligence be instilled and encultured from early education until the higher education level.

His Majesty also welcomes the involvement of industries with higher education institutions in research contributing to national development. In the titah at the 34th Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD Convocation yesterday morning, His Majesty underscores that the world is now going through various changes, inline with rapid digital development.
