The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports has organised the homestay programme as part of the Intergovernmental Youth Exchange Programme between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Korea 2019.
Present was Dayang Mariam binti Ulat, Deputy Director of Youth and Sports. Seven participants of this year's Intergovernmental Youth Exchange Programme between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Korea were introduced to four foster families. Through the programme, participants are given the opportunity for a 2 day 1 night stay with their foster family and at the same time experience the local culture, tradition and life.
The 10-member youth delegation from Republic of Korea is led by Junhong Cho, Officer from the Ministry of Gender, Equality and Family, Republic of Korea. They are in the country for 9 days until Wednesday.
