The Ministry of Education has implemented key initiatives in providing students with equitable access to quality education. This include access to technological knowledge, highlighting the need for educators to cope and be knowledgeable with developments of technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, in ensuring excellent delivery of quality education.
In his remarks at the 39th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Human Resources Development Working Group Education Network held virtually, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sulaiman, Minister Of Education shared, the Ministry is constantly addressing any disparity gaps in order to stay responsive and relevant to the future of work for the overall development of the economy, highlighting the importance of strengthening and shaping human capital towards the dynamics of the global market.
The annual Meeting was participated by delegates from APEC Member Economies and other relevant multilateral organizations convene to summarize and evaluate their work related to joint educational projects, initiatives and activities over the previous twelve months, and to formulate future work plans. It was officiated by Her Excellency Treenuch Thienthong, Thailand’s Minister of Education. At the meeting, the delegates shared Thailand’s key deliverables and presentations of APEC Projects. The Meeting will convene again, 12th of May 2022.
