Identity Programme

The Identity Programme is a suitable platform to shape students to become a human capital with noble character, responsibility, discipline and have pure values that are useful in safeguarding the sovereignty of the country based on the Malay Islamic Monarchy. The matter was highlighted during the launch of the Identity Programme for the First Cohort held at the National Service Programme Camp in Batu Apoi, Temburong District, 27th August morning.

Dr Chin Wei Keh, Acting Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education also hoped that the dedication of all parties involved will be able to inject the students’ enthusiasm to continue to be excellent Bruneian Youths. 215 IBTE students from the First Cohort of ISQ and iSkills ISQ are undergoing the 90-day training starting 20th August to 17th November 2022. The programme is a collaboration between IBTE, National Service Programme Section and Manpower Planning and Employment Council, MPEC.
