An Indonesian national was fined $800 and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment for overstaying in the country for 1020 days, an offence under the Immigration Act, Chapter 17.
40-year old Hasanah was apprehended on the 20th of December 2022 after reporting herself to the Department of Immigration and National Registration.
