According to Radio Television Brunei, the first operation took place at a rented house and rooms in Mukim Sengkurong, where four out of twelve foreign nationals were apprehended for investigation. Two of these individuals are suspected of overstaying in the country after the expiration of their immigration passes and working under an employer different from their original one. The other two were detained due to their inability to produce valid documentation during the operation.
In a separate inspection at a food stall in Mukim Kilanas, two foreign nationals were apprehended for further investigation under the Immigration Act, Chapter 17.
