Implementation of De-Escalation Plan for Dine-In Services at

Food Premises and Open-Air Stalls

The Ministry of Home Affairs has implemented the de-escalation plan for dine-in service at food premises, open air stalls under the District Office and Municipal Departments as well as Weekly Markets under the Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Department and Tutong Municipal Department. The implementation of the third phase started yesterday.


Open air stalls which provides dine-in services under the District Offices and Municipal Departments are allowed to operate at full capacity. Social distancing guidelines and other conditions for open-air stalls as informed during the Media Conference on 14th May 2020 are still maintained.
