Kuala belait: In an effort to train and shape leadership qualities among youths, the Belait branch of the Youth and Sports Department, in collaboration with the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, is hosting a Junior Youth Camp. The initiative seeks to instill praiseworthy characteristics in young participants.
According to Radio Television Brunei, 29 youths from the Brunei Muara District and Belait District are participating in the three-day camp, which commenced on 1st December. The program features a range of activities designed to enhance self-confidence among the attendees. The camp is being held at the Youth and Sports Department located in Jalan Maulana, Kuala Belait.
The camp underscores the commitment of local institutions to nurture future leaders by providing a platform for personal growth and development. Through structured activities, the participants are expected to develop essential skills that will aid them in their personal and professional lives.
