Kesyukuran Ceremony Unites Brunei Through Mass Prayers

Belait: Kesyukuran Ceremony with the Mass Fardhu Zohor Prayer, reading of Surah Yaasin, and Doa Kesyukuran took center stage in Brunei Darussalam as part of the 42nd National Day Celebration. The event was held simultaneously across the nation in mosques, suraus, and religious halls, with several mosques identified as main venues for the ceremony.

According to Radio Television Brunei, in the Belait District, the Muhamad Jamalul Alam Mosque in Kuala Belait served as a significant location for the event. Attendees included Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doktor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, alongside Members of the Legislative Council.

In the Tutong District, the ceremony was held at the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Tutong Town. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development, was present, joined by Members of the Legislative Council and the Acting Tutong District Officer.

Meanwhile, in Temburong District, the Utama Mohd Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town became a focal point. Attendees included Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications, Members of the Legislative Council, and the Acting Temburong District Officer.
