The Department of Councils late yesterday afternoon held a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony and breaking of the fast at the department’s surau in Bandar Seri Begawan.
Present was Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Jaya Dato Paduka Awang Haji Judin bin Haji Asar, Secretary to the Cabinet Ministers’ Council and Clerk to the Council. The ceremony included the donation presentation to two staff of the department.
