Kampung bunut: The Kampung Bunut Mosque recently hosted a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony, which took place on the night of March 14th. The significant religious event was attended by members of the local community who gathered to participate in the recitation and completion of the Qur'an.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was held concurrently with a donations presentation to 21 orphans living in the vicinity of the mosque. The initiative aimed to support and provide assistance to the orphans, reflecting the community's commitment to social responsibility and care for vulnerable members.
