In conjunction with the 30th Anniversary of the Veterans Association Royal Brunei Armed Forces, PERWIRA and as one of the religious activities in the month of Ramadhan, yesterday evening the association held the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony and Tahlil Ceremony for the late Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul Azim and Presentation of Donations to the orphans. The ceremony took place at Surau Ad-Difa’, Bolkiah Garrison.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Bersara Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister Of Defence. Also present was Major General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
