In a few more days, intending pilgrims will leave for Arafah to perform Wukuf. Knowledge conventions continue to be held to further increase their knowledge prior to gathering in Arafah. This includes a tazkirah or short talk on ‘Falsafah dan Hikmah Pekerjaan Ibadah Haji’ or Philosophy and Wisdom in Performing Haj for intending pilgrims who are using the Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad package. It was delivered by Awang Haji Badaruddin bin Haji Basar, a religious teacher from the Haj Management Office.
The tazkirah among others underlined the need for every intending pilgrims to correct their intention. Awang Haji Badaruddin said one of the signs of a person having a blessed haj is when there is a change in the person in terms of their deeds.
