The TIBA Petrol Station Cooperative, KOTIBA needs to improve in several areas especially in its administration to ensure proper management of the business. Awang Haji Rosdi Amin bin Dato Paduka Haji Yaakub, Chairman of the KOTIBA Board of Directors underscored the issue at the cooperative's 33rd General Meeting this afternoon.
According to Awang Haji Rosdi, KOTIBA strives to improve itself in three vital areas, namely increasing the cooperative's membership, providing better services and improving management processes.
The meeting also announced the proposed dividends of 13% for each share, totalling $1,636,800.00 for the financial year that ends on the 30th of June.
